Our Story

Sophisticated heat, brewed in small batches.

Mr. Poele's isn't just about the burn — it's about the journey. Every bottle is hand-mixed, cooked slow and bottled in batches small enough to taste-check, but bold enough to share.

We blend four chillies — long red for body, scotch bonnet for sweetness, habanero for fruit, and bird's eye for bite — with three artisanal vinegars and a quiet backbone of fresh garlic, onions, tomato, honey and apple. The result is a sauce that builds, layers and lingers.
